Just for fun, and your device adds its own delay. Your real baseline comes from the Senaptec Sensory Station assessment.

The process

Every client starts with an assessment.

  1. Initial assessment

On our Senaptec Sensory Station, we test 10 cognitive skills and give you a percentile ranking against everyone with the same demographics as you.

  2. Assessment results

Your vision coach goes through your results with you. After finding your strengths and deficits, we build a customized training plan made just for you.

A Senaptec assessment results chart plotting scores across the ten skills
    A real Senaptec results chart.
  3. Training

Choose a package of 4 to 8 sessions. Each one mixes custom sensory station modules with movement drills.

  3. 03 Depth sensitivity The ability of your eyes and brain to quickly and accurately judge the distance, speed, and three-dimensional position of a moving or stationary object
  4. 04 Near-far quickness The speed and accuracy with which an athlete's eyes can switch focus between objects located at different distances
  5. 05 Perception span The amount of visual information an athlete can take in, recognize, and process during a single brief glance or fixation
  6. 06 Multiple object tracking The cognitive and visual ability to simultaneously monitor, focus on, and update the moving positions of several dynamic targets amidst moving distractors
  7. 07 Reaction time The time interval between when a person's eyes perceive a visual cue and when their brain initiates a physical motor response
  8. 08 Target capture The accuracy and speed with which a person can locate, acquire, and visually focus on a specific target within their visual field
  9. 09 Peripheral reaction The speed and accuracy with which a person can detect, process, and physically respond to a visual stimulus occurring outside their direct line of sight
  10. 10 Eye-hand coordination How well your eyes guide your hands, so you can react to what you see with fast, accurate movement
  11. 11 Go/No Go (decision making) The ability to make rapid split-second decisions and inhibit movement when presented with conflicting visual cues
